I've lived here for 4 months now, and I really like it. It's set back from the main roads, around residential neighborhoods, and it's the quietest place I've ever lived. I feel very safe here, and have had no problems with my neighbors. There are lots of families, and some students. The 1-bedroom apartments are huge (925 sq.ft), but the kitchen is not. Also, the bathroom and kitchen could use some updating. Ugly wallpaper, but I don't notice it anymore. Pet-friendly (with fees), decent pool, and the office staff is nice. Fitness room is very small with outdated equipment, but still works. Like the last reviewer, my electric bills have also been pretty low. Very convenient location, also...only a few minutes drive to UNC, shopping centers, restaurants, grocery stores, University Mall, etc.
