I have been living at Foxcroft for 2 years now. The best things I love are the staff, the safety of the neighbor hood, and how quiet everything is. The downsides are obviously the actual age of the apartments, but I would rather have a spacious cheap apt that doesn't look brand new vs. a newer, more expensive place that has 1/2 the space of what I have now. I also like how so many different types of people live here. It is great for students families alike. You never hear any parties, but you also don't hear annoying children running in the hallways. The grounds are so well kept, so kids play in the grassy areas. Plus, two cops live at the apts that are on duty after management leaves for the night. I always feel safe.

The first year I lived in a 1 bedroom on the second floor. At first, I had roach problems (actually, wood roaches from the trees that surrounded the section of the apt I lived in), and the staff came to correct it ASAP. It took a while for the roaches to go, but the staff was always understanding and helpful.

I now live in a 2 bedroom on the first floor. I have not seen the first sign of bugs (due to lack of trees). Noise is never a problem. The manager is so nice, and so are his assistants. I would recommend this place to anyone!
