I've lived at Foxcroft for a year and everything has been good, so far. The apartments are old, and have seen better days, but the price and location are both great. I'm within a 5 minute walk of two bus stops, with two different bus lines (D and CL) that run straight up Franklin St. to downtown, which is great if you're a student or staff at UNC. The management and maintenance staff is friendly. The tenants here are relatively quiet. Besides a slammed door every once in a while, I have hardly heard my neighbors at all. The apartments must have thick walls!
