Good place to live. Everytime I call the office for anything they are nice. My neighbors are not bad and everything seems pretty safe. The buildings are older, but holding up well and they are taken care of - like people actually care. Things are not always perfect, but I have lived in more expensive places that were much worse and the people were not nice at all. I am leaving the state for a job soon and I hope that I find a place like this.
