Good place

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001
 
They had a large fire in what was to be my apartment a week before I moved in. After talking with the manager, I still decided to move in the neighborhood. They worked quickly to improve fire saftey in all their buildings and found that the fire was the tenant's fault. Otherwise, the neighborhood was quiet and clean and easy to live in.
