Complex is architecturally pleasing, all apts have a deck, bathrooms and kitchens ample, plenty of parking, plenty of hot water, has its own bus stop 1.5 miles from UNC campus, unfortunately it is straight uphill from campus. the floors are not great (some dimples), some shuddering cieling in living room, appliances no new but functioning well minus kitchen fawcet's not so great, plumbing good 3 mo. into lease, $20 extra per mo. for w/d, hookups included, maintenance has been friendly and adequately prompt. again, the architecture and deck really add a nice ambience to this complex not found in other student priced complexes. i am happy with it as a first-year find.
