i moved into franklin woods despite my initial difficulties in dealing with the woman running the leasing office; the space was decent for a single person, the deck and storage space were nice, and the bus access couldn't be better. but i should've trusted my instincts; every small problem or request was a major hassle when dealing with this management. but worst of all, this double-talking woman was deceitful in trying to get my fiance and i to sign on for a bigger place at the complex at the end of my lease, and when we refused, she made our move-out paperwork process a living hell. i won't be surprised if we're charged for an extra month because of her office's delay in processing papers, or if they make up a reason to steal my security deposit despite our pristine clean-up of the apartment upon moveout. good riddance!

You must be a prickly tough to please person:) Seems to me you were just trying to save your deposit by being mean spirited. Hey the place isn't the Ritz, but what apartment is?
