Great price, great location!

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
 
I have lived at Franklin Woods for the last 2 years! I have never had any major problems here! Rent is cheap and the location is excellent. The apartments are older, but well maintained! I could not find more value for my money anywhere else in Chapel Hill!
