This is the third apartment I have lived in in Chapel Hill and I really enjoy it. I love the neighborhood atmosphere. There are tenants of all types here. Parking has never been a problem for me, but it can be a problem depending on where your apartment is. The managerial staff is wonderful. The maintenance people come very quickly and fix whatever the problem is immediately. My apartment has wonderful hard wood floors, huge bedrooms, and a wonderful kitchen. The insulation is not the greatest since they are old and I saw a few roaches while living here, but overall, it has been a wonderful experience.
