There are 440 apartments. Some are better than others. Don't expect uniformity or perfection and models are not always the real thing, but, hey, they're models. No one lives there. It's a great location and has a rich history of UNC students, staff, professors and the like. Most people have known someone at sometime who has lived here (my mom lived here when she was in school). So, it's old but it's a loveable place.
