Glen Lennox is great. One of the cheapest places around, yet also one of the nicest. The location can't be beat. 3 bus routes right at your finger tips along 54, and the G runs through the neighborhood.
The management is very good. They are prompt when you have a problem. A broken window blind fixed the next day. You can't beat that.
There is a roach problem. You will occasionally find on your pants you through on the floor, but they don't bother me that bad. Parking and be a hassle just parking on the street, but its not that big a deal. Lovely grounds, and nice hardwood floors. The gas bill did seem a little high, around 100, but I don't have much to compare that too.
