Also, there was constant work being done at my apartment; one time I was taking a shower when they started to powerwash my bathroom window (which is in the shower). Another time, I woke up to the noise of people stomping on my roof cleaning out the gutters. I wasn't notified this would be done on either of those occassions. Other than that I haven't had many complaints. They have the Orkin man come by if you have any problems with bugs. Looking back on the crime stats from last year, they had some burglaries and motor vehicle thefts. I'll probably move somewhere else when the lease is up for renewal, mainly due to the problem of poor outdoor lighting and having read the person's review about the attempted break-ins.
