Great price, but if you value your safety and property....

I have lived in this complex for 2 yrs, and I would defin. have to say that these apts. are a really good value for their location in Chapel Hill. However, their has been an alarmingly sharp increase in crime in the complex. My neighbor had an attempted break-in last month, and several cars on my street were broken into in the past year.
