I lived here for two years. Had excellent neighbors and was close to campus (could walk, bike or take the bus). They have apartments in several different phases of remodeling...I was in the least remodeled. Limited closet space but HUGE walk in kitchen pantry and well maintained hardwood floors. Excellent grounds and tons of mature trees. The few maintenance issues I had were taken care of immediatly (including changing a light bulb that I didn't have time to do!).
