Nice apartments. A little pricey but great location. No problems with repairs, they responded quickly to the very few problems we've had. The property management does a good job with upkeep and grounds. Not bad if you only will be here for one year. If you plan to be here longer than one year, you might look elsewhere. They tell you up-front that the rent will go up every year. It will. Ours just went from $860/month to $1050/month. Because of this we are moving out. You'll get better lease rates in the winter months, too, FYI. They offered a friend of mine who was looking here an apt. identical to ours for only $775/month, when she was looking in the winter.

Overall, OK, nice location, but not happy with the practice of pushing people out (I think by design) after only a year or two. This is why some cities have rent control, to stop this kind of semi-unethical practice.

no accusations, just curious. after reading many comments about rate raises i would like to know if it is uniform. they numbers i have seen suggest not, that could be considered housing discrimination and is illegal.
