My wife and I have lived in Glen Lennox for over 7 years. I am retired from the military and we have lived all over the country. Glen Lennox is THE BEST complex hands down. We have lived in different areas of the complex and different types of apartments. We moved out to rent a house for a year.. and came RUNNING back to Glen Lennox. The office staff is Great..the SAME property manager has been here (Vanessa) forever which is a very good thing. She knows the property and most important, she KNOWS her residents!! Most apartment communities have a constant change of managers and office staff who don't have a clue who you are.

Maintence is always SPOT ON. They will take care of any problem within a day or 2 at the most. As with the office staff, the head of maintenance (Rodney) has been here for years and knows thwe property. They go above and beyond the call. They helped us move out furniture and hauled it away for us. They were under NO oblgation to do so and were happy to help us out. Most service requests are taken care of the same day and if parts are needed they have them within a day or two.

The apartments are UNIQUE and have a cozy charm. You WILL NOT find the "cookie cutter" box apartments here. Some apartments have older stoves, etc but they fit the style and ADD to the charm. The walk in pantry is HUGH. There is NO problen with noise (everyone here is very quite) and the apartments are well built (unlike the filmsy construction of the newer apartment complexes). SOLID, WELL-BUILT, QUITE, and COZY sums up Glen Lennox to a tee.

If you want the bells and whistles (pool,work-out room, spa, tennis courts) with cookie cutter apartments that look the same and you can hear your neighbors breathe...then this is NOT the place for you.

Hmm.. living there for 7 years... at 5% rent increase per year (over the previous year's rent), that would put you (very conservatively) at a 40% increase in rent over that time. No comment on this???
