When you called office, 80% of time nobody there, esp. weekend (they supposed to work on weekend but 100% nobody there). Heating bill in winter is way...way high due to poor insulation (715 sq ft >$100/month). When renewing lease, bring a recorder with you. They said 6-month lease was OK. When you wanna renew your remaining 6 months at school, they asked you to pay high month-by-month rent ($65 more). Robber... recommend living somewhere else. If using dryer in laudry room, it takes twice to dry your clothes.
