I love living in Glen Lennox. Picturesque neighborhood. Fantastic location: I can leave the house at 8:40am, take public transportation and be at my 9:00 class on UNC campus on time. Plus you're close to Franklin st., Whole Foods, I-40 etc. Nice mix of neighbors: grad students, retired folks, some young families.
It seems as if many, many Chapel Hill folks passed through Glen Lennox at some point while in school or saving to buy a place or whatnot. It really is a wonderful piece of Chapel Hill's history.
We live in one of the older style, non-renovated apartments. We do wish we had a dishwasher but hey, the cheaper price makes it all worth it :) The single downside is the bug problem, bleh. But I think all older buildings have these issues....
