This is not a family atmopshere. It is very unsafe for children to play around. The swing sets are dangerous. No benches for parents to sit on and observe.
Bug problems consistently. We have been invaded by ants, sometimes roaches due to nasty neighbors and the scariest of al....spiders. Yuck!!!!!!!!!!
The rent is too expensive plus the addition of the water bill. We should be paying the same amount as ghetto Kingswood across the street.
Bathroom facilites are old and outdated. Have to call maintenence once a month to repair the toilet.
The positve aspects about this place are the staff and the reliability of maintenence visits and promptness. So I can't complain. I highly recommend this place for college students without prior apartment experiences. This is not a palce for kids.
