In my 21 months at Laurel Ridge I had a problem with slimy bugs, a huge MOLD problem where it was so bad it was growing on my shoes and clothing in masses, flooding from an apartment 2 floors above me, and a break in where my laptop, digital camera, and DVD player were all stolen during the daytime. The office staff was nice about the situations and very helpful, but there is only so much they can do if the property is bad. It is also not very well lit. It is inexpensive, but when things are cheap you get what you pay for.
