I think Laurel Ridge has a great management staff. I have lived here over a year,a nd they have gone through a lot of changes as far as remodeling, and updating the property to make it look really good. They completely redone my apartment inside. The cabinets, fixtures and all that stuff is really nice now. I love inviting people over because it looks really nice and im proud of where i live. Its really close to campus and I can walk, which saves me money, 'cause i dont have to pay for unc parking. I highly recommend it to anyone who is on a budget but wants to live in a really nice place.
