This may be the worst place to live in Chapel Hill. The people who work in the office are very nice, but know absolutely nothing about what they're doing, and the maintenance folks aren't even nice. The only thing decent about this place is the brotherhood of pain you enter into with the other tenants. Everyone is displeased, and it's nice to share it. The rent is an obscene joke based on the amenities it provides. The pool and tennis courts are a joke, the structure of the buildings are questionable, and there are many bug problems throughout.

If you're a new student, and you get suckered in by the signs on 15-501 ("FREE RENT FOR THREE MONTHS!") I sure hope you read this and do everything you can to FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE! They sucker you into thinking you've made a good investment, when, in reality, they're the ones making a tidy profit for no work. Please be careful.
