Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
 
I had a friend of mine apply for an apartment here and she said that the property lies partly on Chapel Hill school distict and partly on Durham school district, and she had to wait for an apartment to open up for Chapel Hill. Just be aware if you have school age children that this may throw a wrench in the works.
