My roommate and I were some of the first residents in Meadowmont, we moved in based on a vision that the up coming "Franklin Street II" would be complete and we'd live in a bustling little community where everything we would need would be right across the street, we were promised that the stores would be opened by the summer,six months later...nothing but an over priced craft store is open. As for the apartments, they looked great at first because they were new but they are cheaply constructed, very thin walls and sub flooring, things are constantly falling apart or cracking, in a nut shell, will not be renewing the lease!
