I went to fill in an application form, and I was told to pay $145 for fees and application costs, plus $200 deposit. I should get 72 hrs from approval time to make the decision to move in or not to still get my deposit back, and it turned out I decided against living there for personal reasons. So I call 24 hrs later to ask to get the $200 back. They said "oh, we'll tjust rip up the $200 check for you"... so I thought all was well. Then a week later, the check was cashed !! Bastards. I am going to take up the matter with the better businesses bureau for sure. Avoid this place, they are desparate to get your money, looks like they are not doing so well in terms of tenant occupancy either...
