Apartment manager cause of noise.

The apartment complex manager and her 5 yr old daughter have lived inthe apartment above me for about 5 months. Since she has moved in, due to her daughter's excessive noise, what sounds like jumping off the bed around running back and forth continuously I have had light fixture fall off the ceilig and the ceiling has actual shook on numerous occasions. She has responded with the excuse that her daughter has a nervous condition causing her to run excessively. My latest attempt at going to her apartment (to (nicely) let her know it was very loud and on a Saturday morning at 7 am I think I was justified.
She responded with a nasty tone and told me to call her boss she then slammed the door in my face. I called the corporate office and will hopefully get a call Monday, which is the next business day. The entire management team is unprofessional and at a rental rate of $1200 a month that is unacceptable.
Many residents have had similiar issues with the unresponsive office staff.
