I thought the staff was very helpful. My only caution is that these are rather expensive for what you get.

Meadowmont is touted as "luxury apartments," but even though the crown moldings and high ceilings were nice, the appliances were cheap. And I would swear the person above me was a sumo wrestler because it was so loud when he/she/it walked from one side of the apartment to the other. Thin walls: I could hear my neighbor sneeze. My dishwasher was so loud it couldn't be run at night because it would keep me awake.

It was as if the developer spent all his money up front and when it came to the finish work he decided he couldn't afford it.

Still, if you're looking for a great location on a bus route to UNC, you could do a lot worse.
