We had the same problem. We could hear our next door neighbor snore at night. Nothing against the guy, he's really nice, though his smoking habit kind of seeps through the wall. We could smell it in our bathroom and sometimes our bedroom. We talked to the management and they reassured us that each apartment is a closed ventilation system.

Other than that, the place was very convenient and spacious. I liked the tall ceilings and it's in fairly good condition. Though I must say the only reason we chose the place was because it's the only one on the busline that wasn't really old looking. I'm not sure whether it was worth it or not.
