I spent whole of my undergrad life over here.
Quite large and roomy for 1 person plus frequent visitors, but samll and tiny for 2 persons. I am not sure your rent still covers electricity, water/sewer and trash fee, but when you compare paying all of them by youself, it is about the same.
Parking is spacious, building is solid, nice view for upstairs, staffs are friendly.
There are a couple of bothering things you might want to consider.1) When it gets noisy it is really noisy(totaly up to your neighbors) 2) Floor carpet and A/C(heater) are outdated.. 3)Cabinets and kitchen table, also furnished furnitures including bed and frames are getting old...you can ask for change, but the request should be reasonable for staffs. 4)The bathroom is kinda small and it is next to the bedroom.
Overall it was nice place for the first starters.
