Apartments are good but the management and maintainance sucks.

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001
1. The air conditioners don't work. Every week you have to call the Maintainence to fill Freon in your air conditioner compressor.
2. The Manager is least co-operative. She has an attitude and is rude. She has reservations as to who to help and who not to.
3. There are pests all over the apartment. The carpets are old and they don't replace them for several years.
4. They talk about not walking on their lawns, but you can see people driving Trucks an cars on the lawns.
5. In some apartments, when they change the carpets, they trash the neighbours area with the old carpet dust. They never clean it up.
6. Overall, I donot recommend anyone this apartments.
