An apt complex in decline
From: -Anonymous-Date posted: 3/6/2004
Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2004
I lived in the Pinegate Apts for several years. While it was a relatively decent place to live in for the first few years (& there are many good people who live there), conditions in the apt.complex rapidly deteriorated after an abrupt change in office management around early 2003. In a desperate effort to fill vacanies, it appears that the apartment manager has become quite unselective in approving applications. As a consequence, many of the residents who moved in since late 2002 have exhibited disruptive behavior (& at least one of them has been arrested). Since early 2003, the management of apt.complex has become inept (e.g., posting warnings on my door that were addressed to another tenant & posting an overdue rent notice on my door after I vacated w/proper notice). Many of the residents who lived there for years expressed their views that the complex has undergone a serious decline over the years and has now reached its nadir. To summarize: I would seriously consider other apt. complexes in the area 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn
