There are gangs of unsupervised adolescents who wander the premises looking for trouble.

I have been harassed by other residents on my way to get my mail.

I did not feel safe for a single day that I lived here.

There are double bolt locks on the doors that do not go through to the outside of the door, if that tells you about the safety in a nutshell.

The management is also broke and will try to pinch you wherever they can for some extra cash.

My advice: Caucasians and Students should stay FAAAAAAR AWAY from Pinegate.
