I live in Pinagate for a year and I needed to get a bigger appartment, the management gave us a horrible time with our request.
We left the apartments and they charged us for the cost of the whole carpet $900.
The personal-Which were ------- speakers like us- did not gave us the best service either; we felt like they were racist.
I heard from some friends that stayed there a little longer that the apartments got infested with fleas, there was a ----- body on the pool once and their apartment was floaded and the manager will not give them a new unit.
Just awful apartments.

these comments are so not true..i have lived at pinegate for the past 4 years and the management is great as well as the maintenance,,i dont think they are racist at all,better yet they try their best to help you in whatever it is the resident needs,,specially the leasing staff.The only reason a resident would have problems or issues if they dont follow the rules and that is obvious.So i strongly recommend pinegate because it is a great community and besides everything is closed by!!
