Ectricity is not secure in the area.

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
When we lost power in snow storm last December:
most of apartments got power back in 2-3 days, but it took one week for Southern Village Apartment to get back the electricity due to some line problems.

Some windy day:
while most apartmens experienced a few seconds long electricity cut, Southern Village apartment experienced two hour long electricity cut. What is wrong with this apartment'
