I am relocating to Atlanta for work and family, yet it makes me sad to think about leaving Southern Village. I have lived in various apartments for the last 10 years (in NC and GA) and have to say that this has been, by far, the best experience of all.
The price is a steal to be able to live in Southern Village, just steps away from Main Street. Houses in this neighborhood go up in the 7 digits.
I am so sorry to see how much negativity has been written on this site about the management staff. They are incredibly nice and very attentive.
Before you let a site like this taint your opinion please go visit Southern Village. It is the cutest place you've ever seen--restaurants, grocery, book store, coffee shop all just a block away from the apartments.
I really just want to take this place with me to Atlanta!
