Despite all the negative reviews I read here before moving in (in July), which sort of scared me, so far my experience has been very good. On the day I moved in, I told the staff my ice-maker wasn't working, and it was replaced within the hour. I haven't had any serious problems with the apartment (like insect infestations), so I don't know how the staff would react to that sort of thing, but they seem fine on dealing with lesser problems quickly. The apartment itself is nice, if ordinary. AC works like gang-busters, and all the other appliances have been fine so far. The place was clean and freshly painted when I moved in. Can't say enough for the larger community -- lots of nice services, stores, and restaurants within a two-block walk.
