I would not recommend living in Southern Village Apartments.

The management has increased the price of rent, increased the price of water, and along with that you are still paying all other utilities. For the price that you would pay for a 1,000 square feet apartment (along with utilities), you can rent a 1,266 sq. ft. condo, with better management, and a garage, for the same price in Southern Village.

As a graduate student, it was difficult to study because the family above me had 5 kids in a 2 bedroom apartment. Additionally, the management at Southern Village Apartments is horrible, more specifically Rachel. The male employee handled the daily task well but Rachel was incapable of handling issues without becoming argumentative and difficult. Instead of professionally handling maintenance problems management would defensive. Look elsewhere in Southern Village!

The young girl this person speaks of is a new leasing agent...She is not management!If you write a honest review,please state the facts!!

Individuals or representatives from the company are not permitted to post on this website. Additionally, only an individual employed by the apartment complex, that has a biased view, would know that she was a new leasing agent and not management. Additionally, if she is not "management" then she should not be able to undergo management tasks.
