I have lived at Sunstone for two years now, and have really enjoyed my time here. I do have a couple of complaints though with the community ammenities. The tennis courts are supposed to be lighted yet all througout the summer there has been no lights so no one here can really utilize this feature. Also the appliances in the apartments are old and need to be updated. My biggest complaint however is with the breazeways, they are beginning to look very dirty and need to be cleaned. When I ask the office staff to please do something about it, they seem to be concerned as well but cannot do anything about it. Overall, though the office staff, maintenance team are very helpful and will go out of their way to make the residents happy and comfortable.
