I moved into Sunstone about a year ago. Since then I have had numerous problems in the apartment and with the office staff. The maintenance staff is extremely condescending and rude. The office staff will tell you something different every time you go in there. Over the summer the manager was gone and the leasing agent had absolutely no clue on how to do anything. The new manager just started recently and she also seems as incompetent as the leasing agent (not to mention she was rude). I have a friend who lives at an Aimco property in Durham and he has had the same problems there as well. Incompetent staff and poor customer service must be a prerequisite to work for Aimco.
