Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2004
 
Been here 3 years and leaving now. Search and you'll easily find a better deal in town. Appliances are old, but function, apartments just feel dirty. Why I stayed for 3 years is a testament to my laziness. The front office staff, while nice, is completely clueless. Could not even negotiate a lease renewal, so we left. My advice: try something else.
