Hi I have lived here almost a year and it has been a nightmare. My first apartment was infested with bugs, so I MOVED MYSELF (you'd think they would hire a mover for me, or something') across the parking lot to a second floor apartment. A/C didn't work at first, took management/maintenance 2 months (summertime mind you) to get the problem resolved. Maintenance men are unattentive, failed to respond to their pagees when we had a GAS LEAK in our apartment. Management cannot do anything on their own it seems, and I never thought I would say this but 400 dollars per month IS WAY TOO EXPENSIVE to live in a dump like this. Parentless children roam the parking lot on scooters, and the pool is scummy and no one there on a Sunday afternoon speaks English. This place rots. Please don't live here.
