I moved in here three years ago and have been generally satisfied with the place. I think you will have a different experience depending on which unit you are in. My unit faces the back and my neigbors are all older and very quiet. The price is reasonable, at least it was when I moved in-they let me in without a security deposit and my rent never went up while I was here. Yes, the complex is getting old, but it still has a great location and I feel safe here. The grounds are untidy and the maintenance staff doesn't seem as devoted as the one that was here when I first moved in. Power bills are reasonable, good insulation.
