Overall- I have loved living at Sunstone. Everytime I have friends over they compliment my apt. and how nice and big the layout is. You cannot ask to be in a better part of Chapel Hill, especially if you are an upperclassmen, grad student, or a young family. I feel safe here. It is a quiet spot in Chapel Hill with 3 Chapel Hill Transit bus lines going by and the TTA as well. The staff (even the newer employees) are great.
The Cons-The trash compactor does overfill at times (not during the weekdays though), there are a lot of loud kids running around (they are usually supervised), and when I moved in a year and a half ago- maintenance was slow to patch my bathroom floor.
