The maintance people are very rude

They are not efficient at all, use your stuff in your apt., and shut your door heavily. It seems that fixing is not their responsibility at all. And when we just move in, a lot of stuff in the apt. are broken and the rooms are dirty.

Well that is because they can't find people that want to stay because they probably could care less about their employees. Its all about the money - unfortunately!!!!!!!! So the tenants suffer aand then they get pissed off at the office which in fact may not give a holy craap about the place because they are expected to work miracles when they have no support from their superiors ( meaning Aimco) !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
