Have lived in Sunstone 6 years and have no complaints. My AC has broken twice, each time they fixed it quickly. Once when they weren't sure they could fix it right away they planned to bring me a window unit to use until they could. Other maintenance requests were always handled promptly. Management here seems good to me. A few tenants apparently don't mind leaving their mail, etc. for maintenance to throw away but that is a tenant rather than a management problem. I consider the management good if a little *hand tied* by the owning company, better than most.
