I have stayed in this apt. for one year and plan to leave and do not think this is a good apt. complex to stay. All of the facilities in the apt. are old and the carpets are old, too. They are not willing to replace it with no budge excuse. The apt. is not spacious compared to other apt. in Chapel Hill area. Please reconsider if you want to move in.
