They bill you $1200 if you fail to give 60 days written notice. I gave 60 days written notice, but they "lost" the letter I gave them and tried to bill me anyway. I spent the better part of an hour yelling at the manager, but she refused to budge. She all but called me a liar, saying it was inconceivable that the mistake was made by a Sunstone employee and that I never gave the notice. Eventually the assistant manager (who is actually a decent person) looked again for my note and found it. I never even got an apology for the headache.
