I've lived at Sunstone for almost a year now and I absolutely love it. Its really close to everything I would ever need and for the money, the homes are really well equipped and well kept. I looked around quite a bit in chapel hill and there are places that are charging MUCH more for apartments that are half as nice as these. If you're looking for a great place to live, come see Sunstone. You won't regret it.

We experienced problems with DINA KAPLAN, the manager, on the very first day of moving in because SHE DID NOT GIVE US THE APARTMENT SHE PROMISED WOULD GIVE US. The apartment we got WAS DIRTY, and SMELLY. ...LEFT ALREADY!!!
