I am always so surprised at the negative comments left on this site by residents of Sunstone. All I can think is that some people are impossible to please no matter what you do! I love living at Sunstone. It is sooo conveniently located... and I love the office staff. They are almost over-the-top super friendly and helpful. If you are not happy living at Sunstone, buy a house, because you're probably not going to be happy with apartment life anywhere!

[[[ Please do not make the mistake that we did by renting from Sunstone. We liked the location, but that is the only thing going for this place--do not be fooled! Despite what the ads say, management doesn't give a hoot about their tenants, and any positive feedback on this site is written by them--doesn't it sound a little fake, a little too similar to the ads''' Rude, dishonest, unhelpful, confrontational management/ the shoddiest repair work after making at least three requests / generally unprofessional and rotating staff...stay away! These posts are phony as all hell. quite obviously written by management. I haven't talked to any tenants at Sunstone that were happy with the management. I did talk to several who signed a statement attesting to Dina Kaplan's unethical, dishonest and rude management style (a petition ignored by Campus Advantage, the management company). Best Bet: DO NOT move to Sunstone or any CAMPUS ADVANTAGE properties. clearly they have no concept of customer service and do not deserve customers. Demand better service!
