The location is good, but the services are REALLY REALLY BAD!

The only good thing is the location. However, it has the worst servises we ever met! Maintain never on time, and could be months late. Staffs are good to you only when you are a potential customer. When one of my neighbours arguing their bad sevice, the manager threatened to CALL POLICE. Moving out soon!

They should really be rated in the low 20%. they've gotta be padding the ratings to keep it up at 41%.
